Receive notice of payment of administrative costs such as electricity, water, telephone, repair of equipment or of the Building and Management office. Then make payment request for these cost.
Assist the OTL/ PM in organizing and managing the administrative and reception department.
Compose document to send to Residents/ Units/ Cooperators and relevant organizations.
Assist the OTL/ PM in supervising contractors, check how they manage and supervise their service such as working quantity, position, quality, ETC.
Search and contact service providers that have prestige, professionalism, high quality and reasonable cost.
Propose monthly budget for administrative activities of the Building Management department and control administrative cost effectively.
Handle the fee payment at the projects, including: return the deposit, payment for stationary,...
Save and file all the project documents.
Manage and frequent check the fixed assets of the project.
Carry out other assigned duties from superiors.

At least college degree
01 year of experience (Building/Apartment/Hotel administrative officer)
Ability in handling problems, customer service, good communication.
