Mô tả công việc
• Manage daily office operations: flower arrangements, drinking water orders, office supplies, and coordination with building management and cleaning lady.
• Handle office assets and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal of old laptops/furniture.
• Organize monthly staff activities (indoor & outdoor) and support planning of special events (Tet, Women's Day, birthdays, Christmas, year-end).
• Prepare birthday cakes, gifts, and decorations; purchase employee gifts for key occasions.
• Coordinate company trips (domestic/overseas) and annual health check-ups.
• Prepare cost estimates and manage expense advances and monthly reimbursement claims.
• Support intern coordination and general administrative tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• 1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic IT literacy.
• Experience in event coordination is a plus.
