Handle administrative tasks related to operations, such as preparing documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
Monitor and manage internal processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to implement policies, regulations, and internal projects.
Support communication, information exchange, and documentation with international partners.
Prepare and translate documents (if needed) for global projects.
Assist in organizing meetings, virtual conferences, and events involving international stakeholders.
Track the progress of operational projects, collect and analyze data for regular reporting.
Propose improvements to enhance work efficiency based on real-world analysis.
Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle paperwork for the operations team.
Address additional support requests from the operations team or other related departments.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in an international environment or the IT sector.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and task management systems like Jira....
Good in English
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly reliable.
Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
