1. Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to manage the entire admissions process for the Academy, ensuring effective recruitment, application management, and student enrollment. This role is crucial for meeting enrollment targets and maintaining high standards of service for prospective students and corporate partners.
The Admissions Manager will work closely with the Dean, Marketing Manager, Head of Academic, Facilitators to support the Academy's recruitment objectives and will monitor the effectiveness of admission processes by analyzing application data and statistics, with regular reports provided to the General Director and Dean.
2. Responsibilities
· Student Recruitment: Manage and execute recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students in HAVN - VET by EHL programs. Oversee the full process of student admissions from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Achieve assigned recruitment targets through effective planning and execution.
Corporate Sales: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to facilitate program enrollment and promote tailored vocational training solutions.
Application Processing: Manage the processing of student applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines. Gather necessary documents, references, and supporting materials.
Student and Partner Care: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and corporate partners. Address inquiries, offer guidance, and support throughout the admission process.
Data Management: Maintain and manage student data in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for all applicants. Establish and continuously improve CRM systems and applicant tracking tools.
Conversion Strategies: Implement follow-up campaigns and consultations to convert applications into enrollments.
Scholarships and Financial Aid: Propose and manage information related to scholarships and financial aid options, ensure that relevant information is communicated effectively to potential students.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly reports and ad-hoc reports on admissions metrics, including application trends and conversion rates. Provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, implement, and maintain admissions policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, fairness, and compliance with institutional standards and regulations.
Team Management: Supervise, train and support the admissions team, delegate tasks, and track performance to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
Event Management: Planning and implementation admissions events, including open days, information sessions, campus tours, etc. Work with the Marketing Team to produce promotional materials.
Market Trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine recruitment strategies and stay competitive in the vocational education market.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to meet the Academy's enrolment targets. Regularly review and adjust strategies to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dean/Chairman, aligned with the role's responsibilities and expertise. Promote and uphold the Academy's values and mission in all interactions with prospective students and partners.

Person Specification Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in a similar position; experience in school marketing is advantageous but not required.
IT proficient, with experience using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven experience in admissions management or a related field, preferably within vocational or educational institutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and build effective relationships with students and corporate partners
Proficiency in using and establishing CRM systems and applicant tracking tools to streamline admissions processes and analyze application data.
