Role Description The Account Executive (Chinese) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This position is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners, including onboarding new advertisers, presenting campaign proposals, and ensuring effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to plan, launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights.
The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting contract negotiations, and resolving client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
The Account
Executive will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align client needs with ADFLY's mobile advertising and technology solutions.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and account servicing skills, with experience handling advertising or marketing clients.
Business development and negotiation abilities, including identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, and closing deals.
Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written); Vietnamese language skills are an advantage.
Solid understanding of digital advertising, mobile app ecosystems, and online marketing concepts.
Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant work experience in ad tech or media is preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
