Affiliate Executive

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Assistant Manager to support the management, performance, and growth of the affiliate marketing function. This role involves leading affiliate acquisition and retention efforts, monitoring KPI performance, and ensuring smooth commission and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to the achievement of monthly targets and support cross-functional coordination and reporting.
Work Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Performance Management
Support efforts to achieve forecasted first-time depositor (FTD) targets through effective affiliate activity planning and execution.
Monitor and assist in maintaining an active affiliate network to ensure consistent lead generation and performance.
Affiliate Recruitment and Retention
Assist in meeting monthly recruitment targets for new affiliates and help manage onboarding processes.
Engage in relationship-building initiatives to maintain strong communication and retention with existing affiliates.
Help identify and pursue opportunities to onboard strategic partners, including niche or specialized affiliate types.
Commission and Reporting Coordination
Support timely and accurate calculation of affiliate commissions.
Prepare and submit periodic reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
Process Support and Communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth affiliate operations, including approvals, performance tracking, and partner support.
Contribute to process improvements related to affiliate campaign planning, evaluation, and reporting.
