Job Responsibilities:
Beauty Affiliate Sourcing & Campaign Execution:
Understand brand insights and specific campaign objectives for Beauty brands, identify and scout suitable beauty affiliates on TikTok, Shopee, and other relevant channels for livestream and video review projects.
Build and maintain a dedicated network of beauty KOLs/KOCs, and collaborate with MCNs to source potential beauty creators for affiliate bookings.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with beauty KOLs/KOCs, onboard them for collaborations, and manage affiliate commissions while ensuring clear alignment on timelines and ways of working.
Brief KOLs/KOCs on scripts and brand expectations, and manage them throughout the campaign to ensure effective, on-time content delivery that meets beauty brand standards.
Performance Tracking & Insights:
Track and analyze affiliate and MCN/TAP campaign performance across beauty brands to generate actionable insights that drive better results and optimize ROI.
Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes behind performance fluctuations specific to the beauty category, and continuously improve affiliate strategies accordingly.
