Role Purpose
To identify, evaluate, and develop high-potential affiliate projects and international affiliate networks while supporting the company in building a sustainable portfolio of profitable offers. This role focuses on market research, project analysis, partner relationship management, and continuous optimization of affiliate opportunities.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | Morning: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Work Location: Lot 33 - B2.24 Bo Quan 14 Street, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang.

What You Will Do
Affiliate Project Research
Proactively research and identify potential affiliate programs, offers, and international affiliate networks across multiple industries and niches.
Register and complete applications for affiliate networks and programs while monitoring approval progress and maintaining healthy account status.
Project Analysis & Evaluation
Evaluate affiliate offers based on payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare), EPC, cookie duration, payment terms, and overall profitability.
Conduct competitor research by analyzing how other affiliates promote similar offers through different traffic sources, landing pages, and marketing approaches using research and spy tools.
Assess project risks, including network reputation, payment reliability, compliance policies, and commission reversal risks.
Continuously explore new affiliate opportunities and related affiliate networks.
Project Coordination & Performance Tracking
Prepare and hand over complete project information to internal execution teams, including offer details, affiliate links, creative assets, and supporting materials.
Monitor project performance, including commission revenue, conversion rates, payment reconciliation, and network settlements.
Work closely with Affiliate Managers to resolve tracking issues, commission disputes, payment delays, or offer policy changes.
Recommend replacing or discontinuing underperforming projects while continuously expanding the project portfolio.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Collaborate closely with the Advertising team by updating commission data and offer performance.
Prepare regular reports on project status, research progress, and portfolio performance for the Direct Supervisor.

What You Bring
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing targeting international markets.
Experience working directly with international affiliate networks, including project research, registration, and partnership management, is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing models, including CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, cookie tracking, attribution, payment reconciliation, and affiliate network operations.
Knowledge of common traffic channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and other acquisition channels for evaluating offer potential.
Strong analytical, research, and information synthesis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for project analysis and reporting.
Good written English communication skills for professional email and chat communication with international affiliate networks and Affiliate Managers (required).
Mindset & Soft Skills
Proactive, persistent, and willing to explore new niches and market opportunities.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly responsible when managing project information and affiliate accounts.
Preferred Qualifications

Total Income: Base Salary + Project Commission + Allowances + Performance Bonuses
Base Salary: 7,000,000 - 9,000,000 VND
