Mô tả công việc
Managing sales team and achieving the sales targets and other objectives of aftermarket team for Valve Team or Pump Team:
- Assigned Products and Clients for aftermarket sales of team
- Make plans and manage the sales team to achieve the sales forecast for monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing Customers and Suppliers/Principals
- Advise and consult customers about assigned products within the assigned markets.
- Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
- Play leadership role to help and guide the sales team or do direct selling for difficult and/or big jobs to meet/ exceed annual sales target for the team.
- Attend and represent the company business at products and services at conferences, seminars and any needed meeting upon business request.
- Responsible for leading sales team and related departments to achieve possibly highest GP (gross profit) for each job.
- Responsible for motivating and advising team member to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training new team members.
- Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Line Manager or BOD.
- Responsible for development of the training plan in yearly, if any.
- Responsible for making annual budgeting & planning reports.
- Provide monthly reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 35 - 50.
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Engineering strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years sales experience & at least 03 years' experience of sales management position.
- Having experience in sales for those industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, EPC, F&B, etc.
- Having sales experience for valves, pump or compressor products is the plus.
- Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
- Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
- Strong presentation skills required
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
- Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
- Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing).
