Mô tả công việc
• Service Marketing Management: Make service marketing plan based on customer data analysis and run PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act)
• Accessory Product Planning: Work with Global headquarter in Japan to introduce genuine accessory in Vietnam market. Make accessory product plan and sales strategy including pricing
• Aftersales Long-term Strategy Development: Manage progress of long term actions in the department. Work in team to develop Aftersales long term strategies
• Visit dealers on occasion to understand dealer and market voice
• Make reports on responsible KPI performance and campaign process
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager and General Managers

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree, preferably with major in Automotive Technology
2. Knowledge: Understanding of Automotive Aftersales business and basic After-sales KPI
3. Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in Aftersales Business Planning and/or Product Development at OEM level.
4. Required skillset:
- Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially oral and written English)
- Good presentation, negotiation & interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical thinking, well versed in at least 1 data analytics tools
5. Other requirements:
- Can work well in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of the team
- Careful, detail-oriented, good work attitude
