JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications using modern Generative AI technologies.
- Build intelligent solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Develop APIs, AI services, and enterprise integrations supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, finance, and corporate functions.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, frameworks, and cloud services to recommend practical solutions that improve productivity and business performance.
- Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver production-ready AI applications.
- Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Contribute to enterprise AI standards, documentation, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots, and enterprise AI innovation initiatives.
- Stay current on advancements in Generative AI, agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI development.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 4-7 years of software engineering experience with hands-on development of AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand enterprise processes and recommend AI-driven improvements that create measurable business value.
- Proficiency in Python and experience building enterprise applications using OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems while following security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI governance, and enterprise software delivery practices.
- Experience building AI agents, orchestration workflows, and production RAG applications.
- Microsoft Azure, AWS, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
