Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in artificial intelligence while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
- Work with large datasets: preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and labeling.
- Research and apply state-of-the-art AI algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).
- Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings.
Required skills/Experience:
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Knowledge of APIs and model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (Software Engineering).
- TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience in NLP (transformers, LLMs) or computer vision (CNNs, OpenCV).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Hadoop).
- Background in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
Years of experiences: >2 YoE
