AI Engineer

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation, digitalization, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying automation solutions using AI (including generative AI), RPA, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, prefer Python.
- Experience integrating applications through APIs, databases, and enterprise systems (e.g., M3, ERP).
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and dashboard/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Understanding the Intelligent Automation tools development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, version control, documentation, and deployment.
- Experience managing automation projects and delivering measurable business benefits (e.g., hours saved, cost, and error reduction).
- Prefer to have experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Prefer to having familiarity with manufacturing shop-floor systems.
LANGUAGES
- English: B1-B2 level, effective communication skill for daily business interactions.
