AI/Machine Learning Engineer/Ops Python, C++, English

We're looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer who has developed, productionized and maintained AI applications. You should only apply if you have a strong background in some or all of the following areas : mathematics, computer science, statistics, data science, and programming. Most of the data we handle are numerical and images.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicate with our product team (product designer, full-stack engineer, and data engineer) to analyze, apply existing AI/ML models, develop new AI/ML models and integrate them into existing systems within the specified timeline,
• Obtain and prepare datasets for training and fine-tuning,
• You can expect to be developing and refining the system along with our weekly launch
• Optimize inference performance for production deployment,
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable and resilient AI/ML products,
• Convert AI/ML models into APIs and create documentations so that other developers can use them,
• Communicate any issues, and ongoing work status to team members during our daily standup meetings,
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, experimentation, model development, productionization, evaluation, automation with CI/CD pipeline, and A/B testing,
• Hire, train, and mentor other AI engineers to scale up the team in the future.

Must Have's

• Has worked at an early stage startup
• Ability to communicate in English professionally
• Experience of 2+ years in AI/Machine Learning roles.
• Has delivered an end-to-end ML applications.
• Experience in Machine Learning algorithms & libraries like Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, Scikit, Pandas.
• Experience in MLOps platform e.g. MLflow, or Kubeflow.
• Good hands-on experience in git, building CI/CD pipelines.
• A commitment and drive for quality, technical excellence and results
• Critical thinking

Nice to Have's

• Strong analytical skills and proven experience working with complex & large data.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, noSQL, SQL, and vector database systems.
• Hands-on experience in the following AI topics: forecasting, computer vision, LLM, and/or optimization methods.
