1. ABOUT AFFIC AI
Affic AI is a Ho Chi Minh City based company building AI powered marketing systems for traditional small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Vietnam, and the global market. Our flagship product, "The AI CMO," combines AI agents, automation, and human oversight to diagnose a business's marketing funnel, deploy the right mix of AI tools, and execute traffic and conversion campaigns on the client's behalf.
We work directly with active clients, from dental clinics to educational networks to F&B chains, helping them grow using AI systems most agencies have not yet adopted. We are a small, fast moving team that values ownership, trust, and learning by doing.
2. ROLE OVERVIEW
Affic AI is seeking an AI Marketing Intern to help operate, monitor, and continuously improve the AI systems that power our clients' marketing and growth results. This is not a traditional marketing internship: the role centers on working directly inside live AI agents and automation workflows, reading how they behave, and turning that into concrete improvements. You will work closely with the marketing and operations team, applying what you learn to real client projects from day one.
3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated assets (text, images, and video) to meet brand standards.
Monitor and optimize existing automation workflows, with a focus on proactive error troubleshooting and resolution.
Serve as a reliable supporter, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Deliver comprehensive daily updates and performance reports on client marketing campaigns to key stakeholders.
4. REQUIREMENTS
Strong interest in AI, automation, and technology.
Takes ownership, pays attention to details, proactive, follows through on tasks.
Willing to try, fail, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment where things can change quickly.
Able to work independently, think critically.
Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field. Excel/Google Sheets and good English communication are expected; familiar with Business/Product/Operations, technical knowledge is a plus.
