AI/ML Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
This AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision to automate our sofa production process, reduce human intervention, and improve manufacturing efficiency. The person in this role will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models for quality inspection, process monitoring, and automation in production.Develop and implement Computer Vision models to monitor the sofa production process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integrate AI technologies into the manufacturing system to reduce human intervention (e.g., fabric quality inspection, defect detection, and assembly tracking);
2. Research and apply Deep Learning techniques for image analysis and automated quality control;
3. Build image recognition systems to track materials and products using cameras or sensors;
4. Collaborate with robotic systems to optimize and enhance production processes;
5. Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions;
6. Partner with manufacturing teams to deploy AI-driven systems in real-world production environments;
7. Design AI-based solutions for continuous monitoring and improvement of product quality;
8. Conduct testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability;
9. Troubleshoot and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance in production.
