Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop AI and LLM solutions. Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models.
Prepare and augment training datasets for models.
Collaborate with domain experts on cross-functional projects to integrate AI solutions effectively.
Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of document retrieval results in RAG applications using evaluation datasets.
Perform detailed assessment of chatbot response quality in RAG-based systems.
Work with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. ·
Hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
Hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as Spark, pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
Strong communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills.
Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of ROUGE metrics or other evaluation metrics for text generation.
Familiarity with concepts related to prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases and embedding models.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI's GPT-4, GPT-4o.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks: LangChain, MLflow, Hugging face, Transformer.
