Position Overview
Litmers is hiring a [protected info] AI-Native Fullstack Developer.
This role is not just for a "fullstack developer," but for a:
Next-generation AI-Native engineer who can design structured development patterns in collaboration with AI (LLM) and produce high-quality code.
You will perform AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) using [protected info] (App Router, Server Components, Server Actions), TypeScript, and Prisma, while also contributing to the evolution of our in-house AI development templates and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Fullstack feature development using [protected info] (App Router, RSC, Server Actions)
- Design and implementation of type-safe communication structure between FE ↔ BE (Server Actions + Zod)
- Define and maintain schema and validation layers using Zod
- Develop layered architecture (Actions → Service → Repository)
- Develop business logic using Prisma, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery
- Use AI (LLM) for code generation, refactoring, and documentation automation
- Design AI-reusable development rules, including naming conventions, project patterns, and folder structures
- Review and ensure quality of AI-generated code
- Collaborate on enhancing internal development templates, tools, and guidelines
Your Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Practical experience or equivalent with [protected info] (13-15) App Router
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Understanding and usage of React / Server Components
- Experience with Prisma ORM and SQL-based databases
- Understanding of Server Action structure and server/client boundaries
- Knowledge of structural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Layered Architecture
- Ability to collaborate using Git
- Sensibility for modular, type-safe, and testable code
- Ability to review AI-generated code and correct problematic patterns
- Prompt engineering skills to break down complex features for AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RSC (React Server Components)-centric architecture
- Experience with automating JSON Schema / OpenAPI from Zod
- Actively used AI dev tools like Cursor, v0, Claude Code, MCP
- Experience developing SaaS or data-centric back office/services
- Experience with Redis, message queues (Kafka, etc.), serverless architecture
- Experience standardizing patterns in large-scale codebases
