We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Data Science and AI (DSAI) team in revolutionizing stock trading and investment for Vietnamese individuals. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Ensa - our AI-powered Virtual Investment Assistant. Ensa aims to be a trusted companion and source of inspiration for investors, simplifying complexities and helping them navigate market challenges.
Your focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to build Ensa. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team driving change in the world of stock trading, we want to hear from you!

• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance Ensa's interaction capabilities and information delivery.
• Develop algorithms for personalizing investment experiences, predicting market trends, and optimizing investment portfolios for individual investors.
• Integrate and maintain a financial knowledge base for RAG, ensuring Ensa stays updated with the latest market information.
• Conduct research on market trends, historical data, and user preferences to enhance Ensa's recommendation capabilities.
• Work on MLOps to deploy and maintain machine learning models in a production environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, quantitative trading.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development (mandatory).
• Experience with Large Language Models and building recommendation systems is highly advantageous.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Robust programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in uncovering patterns and insights within data.
