Combine local festivals, customs, and lifestyles in Southeast Asia to organize and operate various product themes/activity themes, effectively enhancing user conversion.
Utilize AI capabilities to effectively optimize the quality of product title descriptions and review content, helping to improve product conversion.
Collaborate closely with product and algorithm teams to refine the needs of local Southeast Asian users, promote the output of solutions, validate efficiency through data, and continuously iterate.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of operational work experience; experience in e-commerce operations in Southeast Asia or other overseas markets is preferred.
Have a certain understanding and sensitivity towards the application and development of AI and be able to effectively apply it in various product functions and scenarios through continuous experimentation, aiding in the achievement of business objectives.
Proficient in English as a working language, with excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork, capable of integrating multiple forces to achieve business goals.
