1. Position Purpose
- Lead and manage all commercial activities within the assigned region, ensuring sales targets are achieved for the following product categories:
+ English textbooks
+ English teaching programs for public and private schools
+ Digital products (LMS, EdTech tools, STEAM solutions)
- This position plays a strategic leadership role in expanding market coverage, strengthening relationships with educational authorities and school systems, and maintaining sustainable revenue growth.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Sales Strategy &
Business Leadership
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and build expansion strategies.
- Prepare annual/quarterly/monthly business plans and ensure effective execution.
- Manage sales budgets and optimize ROI.
2.2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and supervise 4 Cluster Managers and the entire regional sales team.
- Set KPIs, assign targets, and evaluate team performance periodically.
- Conduct training on product knowledge, sales skills, and the education market.
- Develop succession and talent development plans within the region.
2.3. Market Expansion & Client Development
- Build and maintain relationships with DOETs, BOETs, school principals, and education groups.
- Expand customer base and grow market share across HCMC, BRVT, and Binh Duong.
- Organize workshops, product demos, and academic events.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong post-sales engagement.
2.4. Sales Pipeline & Reporting
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and ensure target achievement.
- Manage pipeline forecasts and provide accurate revenue predictions.
- Report business results, risks, and strategic recommendations to management.
2.5. Internal Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams to improve market penetration and customer experience.
3. Qualifications
* Education
- Bachelor's or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
* Experience
- Minimum 10 years in a similar leadership role within the English education, publishing, or EdTech sector.
- Proven experience managing large sales teams and working with the K-12 ecosystem.
* Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of the education market in Southern Vietnam
- Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
