AI Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business stakeholders, to define and prioritize features that align with the company's strategic goals.
Job Description
Product Ownership:
Own the product roadmap, aligning it with the strategic vision.
Define and prioritize AI/ML-driven features based on market needs and business goals
Create and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring that customer requirements and business goals are fully reflected.
Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Scrum Master:
Serve as the Scrum Master for the AI development team.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Resolve impediments and conflicts to ensure the development team works efficiently.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather input and feedback from cross-functional teams, including engineers and business stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholder needs are incorporated into the product roadmap.
Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Technology Proficiency:
Utilize data analytics and statistical knowledge to guide product decisions.
Understanding of technologies in the AI/ML space, including Gen AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, and other relevant tools and frameworks.
Knowledge and experience with Confluence, and JIRA.
Quality Assurance:
Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product features meet high standards of quality and performance.
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure the product meets user expectations.
