PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: As AI Project Manager, you will drive EASIA Travel's AI transformation by embedding AI tools into core business functions. You will lead strategy, governance, training, and adoption across departments to ensure secure, compliant, and impactful AI usage.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY / DUTIES
1. Main tasks:
Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead the AI-related projects internally, particularly the AI training workshops and adoption processes.
- Identify and coordinate AI "leaders" within different departments and destinations who have an appetite and culture for AI use.
- Animate and monitor the progress of AI initiatives within teams.
Strategy and Governance Development:
- Develop and enforce the AI usage policy and governance framework for the organization.
- Define which AI tools and access levels (free vs. premium accounts) are appropriate for different teams and roles.
- Ensure secure and compliant use of AI tools, especially concerning data confidentiality.
Training and Workshops:
- Oversee and support the creation and execution of AI workshops designed to embed AI skills and use cases within specific teams.
- Collaborate with departments to develop e-Learning content and micro-guides/best practices to propagate AI knowledge.
- Lead efforts to integrate AI into workflows, facilitating change management and adoption.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing, sales networks, and country directors to tailor AI applications according to departmental and country-specific needs.
- Serve as the central point for AI-related initiatives, ensuring communication between teams and maintaining momentum.
- Help maintain enthusiasm for AI adoption while managing varying levels of interest among employees.

1. Competency
- Open for Vietnamese and foreigners, based in Hanoi, Vietnam or Europe
- Fluent in English language
- Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
- Strategic mindset to develop and implement AI governance frameworks and policies.
- Excellent knowledge of AI tools, platforms, and applications, with awareness of risks around data confidentiality and compliance.
- Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication and change management skills to engage employees with varying levels of AI knowledge.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills across different departments and international offices.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to evolving AI trends and organizational needs.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Characteristics: good team spirit, ambitious & hungry for success, demanding, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive, curious.
2. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., AI/ML, Data Governance, Change Management) is a plus.
3. Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role involving AI, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
- Proven track record in implementing AI initiatives within business environments.
- Experience in developing policies, governance frameworks, and guidelines for AI or digital tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and conduct training programs or workshops.
- International or cross-cultural work experience is an advantage.
