We are seeking a Fresher/Junior AI Scientist to join our growing AI team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics. As an AI Scientist, you will contribute to innovative projects that leverage AI to optimize insurance claims processing and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop AI-powered solutions for data extraction, processing, and analysis.
Assist in building and deploying machine learning models for predictive analytics and personalized insurance solutions.
Support research on AI applications in healthcare and insurance, focusing on improving efficiency and detecting fraudulent activities.
Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance.
Stay updated on the latest AI research and technologies to contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
Participate in code reviews, model evaluations, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Yêu cầu
Technical Skills:
Strong mathematical foundationin linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
Solid background in the foundations of Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) concepts and theory.
Familiarity with one or more of the following domains:Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Time Series Data.
Proficiency in Python and experience with AI libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
Soft Skills and Work Environment Adaptability:
Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to multiple aspects of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience with Visual Language Models (VLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in projects related to document understanding and information extraction.
Exposure to healthcareorinsurance datasets.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,GCP,Azure) or version control systems like Git.
