Location: HCM, Vietnam
We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer Intern to join our Solution Architecture team. This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud computing. You will work alongside experienced Solution Architects and AI Engineers to design AI-powered solutions, develop customer demos, prototype agentic applications, and gain hands-on experience with modern cloud and AI technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an AI Solution Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to both customer-facing and internal innovation projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Discovery & Solution Analysis
● Collaborate with Solution Architects and customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and use cases.
● Assist in gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements.
● Conduct research on emerging cloud and AI technologies to support solution discovery and innovation.
Solution Design
● Assist in designing AI-powered solutions that address customer requirements.
● Prepare high-level solution architectures, technical diagrams, and supporting documentation.
● Contribute to technical proposals, proof-of-concept (PoC) planning, and solution presentations.
Solution Development & Implementation
● Design, develop, and prototype AI-powered applications using modern AI technologies.
● Build conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions.
● Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
● Support the deployment, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of cloud-native AI applications.
Innovation & Solution Development
● Develop reusable solution accelerators, internal tools, and reference implementations.
● Build demonstration environments and customer showcase applications.
● Evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services to support future customer solutions.
● Contribute to internal research and innovation initiatives.
Customer Technical Engagement
● Support Solution Architects during customer meetings, workshops, and technical presentations.
● Assist in preparing customer demonstrations and technical showcases.
● Help address technical questions under the guidance of Solution Architects.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
● Final-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
● Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and software engineering.
● Programming proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
● Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
● Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and application integration concepts.
● Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases.
● Fundamental knowledge of computer networking and operating systems.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
● Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve through feedback.
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Experience building software applications or cloud-based solutions through academic, personal, internship, or professional projects.
● Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
● Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent technologies.
● Basic knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic AI concepts (e.g., tools, memory, and orchestration).
● Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.
● Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, research projects, or AI-related competitions.
● Relevant cloud, AI, or software certifications are a plus, but not required.
