Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the air cargo industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunity within the air cargo sector, including airlines, freight forwarders, logistics providers, overseas GSAs, and other potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and increase repeat business
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo operations, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential markets, customer needs, and product/ service enhancements
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing structures with clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policy
- Coordinate with interline partners to develop joint sales strategies and drive interline cargo sales
- Provide regular sales sports, forecasts, and analysis to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Train and mentor sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team targets

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, o a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the air cargo industry, with a focus on airline sales or GSA cargo management
- In-depth knowledge of air cargo operations, including in-transit shipments, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with interline sales and partnerships, with strong understanding of the interline process and associated
- Exellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem -solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision -making
- Result-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using cargo management systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft office suite
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the air cargo industry, with a focus on airline sales or GSA cargo management
- In-depth knowledge of air cargo operations, including in-transit shipments, customs procedures, and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with interline sales and partnerships, with strong understanding of the interline process and associated
