Assist in receiving and processing air export bookings from customers, the Sales team, and overseas agents.
Support coordination with the Pricing team, airlines, and co-loaders to confirm bookings and update flight schedules.
Assist in preparing draft HAWBs, manifests, and other related shipping documents.
Support the preparation and sending of pre-alerts and shipping documents to overseas agents as instructed.
Monitor flight schedules, update shipment status, and communicate relevant information to customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
Assist in checking shipment information, updating data in the company's system, and maintaining shipping documents.
Coordinate with the Operations, Documentation, and other relevant teams to ensure shipments are processed on schedule.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Logistics and import-export procedures is an advantage.
Basic English reading comprehension and email-writing skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and willing to learn practical operational procedures.
