- Prepare air freight import/export quotations for customers and overseas partners
- Negotiate rates and space allocations with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors
- Maintain and update tariff/rate databases
- Analyze market trends, airline capacity, and pricing competitiveness
- Support the sales team with pricing proposals and RFQ/RFP responses
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy and service feasibility
- Develop strong relationships with carriers and logistics partners
- Monitor profit margins and contribute to revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations
Yêu cầu
- Minimum over 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding pricing
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, airline routing, and freight cost structures
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quotations simultaneously
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Skills
- Existing airline or overseas agent network
- Knowledge of IATA regulations
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to analyze market pricing trends quickly
