Mô tả công việc
Controlling all the activities in Air Freight Department for sales & customer services & developing sales plan to achieve the target from BOD.
- Follow & control the target of AF department every month.
- Develop co-loader sales to achieve the budget.
- Monitor the daily working of staffs:
+ Support team in dealing the best rate & space with airlines.
+ Instruct team solve the trouble with customers, airlines.
- Training, coaching & work with team to ensure quality.
- Reduce the complaints from customers to maximum.
- Professional customer services.
- Good support internal & external customers.
Yêu cầu
- University graduated.
- Good English.
- Min 7-8 working years in Forwarding & Logistics Field and 3 years focused on Air Freight.
- Management skill.
- Having strong relationship with airlines.
- Having skills to deal the best rate & space with airlines.
