Procurement
• Handle all airfreight inquiry from local sales/oversea agents/ commercial department
• Handle the tender/ad-hoc nominated or freehand biz
• Build up and maintain strong relationships with Airlines/coolers/subcontractors.
• Regular update market intelligent to improve selling strategies, increase winning ratios, and secure a larger market share.
Business Development:
• Develop airfreight strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company goals and Profitability
• Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with internal and external customers
• Develop agent/network biz by providing the best solution (update weekly rate, promotion rate, follow sales lead, pushing feedback, manage downtrend...)
• Find out opportunities to speak to clients regarding current jobs to explore new business opportunities
• Support develop local controlled business by updating market information /solution.
• Join sales visit if required
Additional Tasks:
• Make monthly P& L report and other related reports to manage the Business unit
• Support air team to solve issue by contact terminal/carriers/vendor fort hier support.
• Perform tasks assigned by Branch manager.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional qualification.
• Dynamic and energetic personality
• Demonstrated ability to develop new customers and generate new business.
• Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of the air cargo market.
• Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and key players.
• Ability to curate the right portfolio of services to meet customer needs.
