Role Description
We are seeking Air Freight Sales Executives to join our growing teams in Hanoi (on-site position), Ho Chi Minh City (on-site position), and Danang (remote position). The Air Freight Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities specifically in air freight services, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales of international air cargo solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth air freight knowledge, proven sales ability, and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and global airline/agent partners.
Work Location: Hanoi (on-site position), Ho Chi Minh City (on-site position), and Danang (remote position)
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in international air freight services for importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers focused on air cargo solutions.
• Conduct client meetings to understand shipment requirements and provide tailored air freight solutions (direct, consol, express, etc.).
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Actively drive
business development to achieve air freight sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and airline partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Report directly to the General Manager.
