Mô tả công việc
Import Logistics:
Track air shipments, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.
Research and resolve delays, updating inventory and shipping information.
Monitor and manage purchase order due dates, communicating with internal contacts.
Prioritize critical shipments based on production needs and deadlines.
Process and approve payments for samples and services.
Audit air carrier/broker bills and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate and arrange Less-Than-Container Load (LCL) shipments.
Train international vendors and offices on air freight procedures.
Export Logistics:
Coordinate export shipments, preparing documentation and arranging pick-up.
Determine payment information and communicate with vendors/offices.
Cost Management and Analysis:
Monitor air freight costs and secure competitive rates.
Prepare cost analyses and recommend carrier assignments based on cost and service.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
Maintain international correspondence per U.S. Customs requirements.
Collaborate on maintaining and improving standard operating procedures.
Identify areas for improvement, recommend and implement process changes.
Stay current with import/export regulations and industry changes, sharing findings with management.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain reliable attendance and participate in departmental activities.
Complete assigned tasks and special projects.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in International Business, Import/Export or equivalent experience.
From 1 yearof relevant office support experience.
Basic understanding of import logistics, documentation, and customs regulations.
Excellent English communication (4 skills), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Customer service and professionalism in handling challenging situations.
