Aircraft Integration Consultant

Provide senior technical expertise in helicopter integration, modification, assembly, system installation, troubleshooting, and testing. Work closely with engineering and production teams to turn technical requirements and drawings into practical aircraft implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on helicopter structure, mechanical, flight control, propulsion, hydraulic, fuel, electrical, and avionics systems integration.
Review drawings, technical manuals, schematics, and installation documentation.
Support assembly, fitting, installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and ground testing.
Resolve technical issues and recommend practical modification or integration solutions.
Develop/review work instructions, installation and test procedures.
Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to local engineering and production teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in helicopter/rotorcraft engineering, integration, modification, production, overhaul, or MRO.
Strong practical knowledge of helicopter systems and aircraft interfaces.
Proven hands-on experience with aircraft assembly, installation, troubleshooting, or testing.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Experience with military or civil rotorcraft is preferred.
Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and hands-on with engineering and production teams.
