Mô tả công việc
1. To handle freighter & passenger flights: Cargo loading plan, cargo loading & unloading monitoring at ramp site & warehouse, cargo booking, AWB issuing, input, AMS, Manifest, V-Out, CFL, special cargo & DG handling, ensure filight safety, ect.
2. To handle Inbound/Outbound cargo IRR cases, claim tracing, checking.
3. To handle routine office works such as flight check, handle phone calls & requests from customers, H/O, others oversea stations.
4. To keep good relationship with customers.
5. To make related reports.
6. Working place at Noi Bai Airport Office.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Education: University Degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Airport Operation will be a Priority.
Required Skills:
- Hard working, motivated
- Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work, and life in general
- Creative, innovative, and assertive
- Adaptability to changes
- Microsoft office knowledge
- Basic presentation skills
- Integrity - Fulfilling commitments.
- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
- Preferring who can start training immediately
