Mô tả công việc
• Supervise the check-in, departure and arrival handling process;
• Ensure the safety and on-time performance of the flights;
• Coordinate with the airport authorities, ground handling companies, and other related parties;
Responsibilities:
• Collect and analysing the flight data;
• Ensure the high quality services;
• Perform other office duties as assigned by the Managers.
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese Candidates who is living in Hanoi-city where is within 30 minutes drive from the Noi Bai International Airport
• Education: University Graduation
• Language:
+ English: Fluent in speaking & writing
+ Japanese: Fluent in speaking & writing is a plus but not a must
• Experience: Not required but having relevant experience in the airline/travel/hospitality related service industries is an advantage
• Skills & Personalities:
+ Good team player as well as an independent worker
+ Customer-oriented, honest, compassion
+ High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm
+ Good communication skills
+ Willing to work night shift, in weekend and holidays
• Working hours: working shifts based on the monthly roster. The total average working hours do not exceed 44 hours/week equivalent to 191 hours/ month:
