ABOUT THE ROLE
HV Holdings Global is looking for an experienced Amazon Specialist to oversee and optimize business performance on Amazon US for ABERA. You will play a direct role in driving profit growth, optimizing TACoS, maximizing conversion rates, and ensuring overall account health.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Listing & Conversion Optimization (25%): Conduct keyword research (Helium 10, Jungle Scout), optimize listing content (Title, Bullet Points, A+ Content, Storefront), and conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
Amazon PPC & Growth Marketing (30%): Manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns; allocate budgets by SKU role; optimize bids and keywords weekly to balance ACoS/TACoS and enhance organic rank.
Inventory & FBA Operation (15%): Forecast demand, plan FBA replenishment, track inventory limits, long-term storage fees, and handle reimbursements.
Account Health & Compliance (10%): Monitor daily account metrics (ODR, Policy Violations), resolve suppressed listings/IP claims, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and US cosmetic regulations (MoCRA, SDS).
Review & Customer Insights (10%): Execute review generation strategies (Vine Program), analyze 1-3 star reviews, and provide product/creative improvement feedback.
Promotions & Reporting (10%): Manage promotional events (Prime Day, BFCM, Deals, Coupons) and conduct weekly/monthly P&L performance reporting per SKU.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central, specifically the US Market.
Proven track record in Amazon PPC management with strong capability in reading and analyzing ACoS/TACoS.
Proficiency in Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Data Dive.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
Solid understanding of FBA models, inventory planning, and cross-border e-commerce fulfillment.
Good written English for operational communication and listing content optimization.
Preferred: Background in Beauty/Skincare/Personal Care industries, experience with account suspension appeals, or knowledge of MoCRA compliance.
