We are a small law firm and legal outsourcing company based in the US, seeking one or two entry-level analysts/assistants to handle various tasks. Our founder is LGBT and prefers to hire other LGBT+ individuals. If not LGBT+ must be very LGBT-friendly. If you are LGBT+ please note in your application. Office is in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City (Phu My Hung area) our founder spends significant time in Vietnam. Onsite required initially, may be some flexibility for remote working after training. Very good English skills, attention to detail, a high level of responsiveness (good and quick communication) and tech-savvy (good Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn new technologies, etc.) are the main requirements for these roles. The law firm services entrepreneurs and small/medium sized businesses around the world. Most clients are other professionals (i.e. therapists, accountants, etc.), technology companies and creative organizations. We serve as general counsel to companies, provide business and commercial law services, etc.
The legal outsourcing company provides back-office support services to other law firms, mainly in the US. We handle data entry, document management, calendar management, document drafting, etc.
Responsibilities: supporting the founder with a variety of tasks; drafting business letters in English from templates; drafting legal documents in English from templates and samples; communication by email with clients in North America and Europe; communication with businesses around the world; updating spreadsheets; providing reports, project coordination; assist with recruitment and hiring; assist with setting up office in HCMC. May be opportunities to work on social media management, digital advertising, website maintenance, recruiting, etc. if interested. This role is full-time with strong potential for growth.
Full-time job. Office hours are Monday to Friday. Actual times can be flexible. Initially you will be hired as a freelancer by the US company. 15 paid annual leave days + public holidays.
Salary will be in the range of VND 7,000,000 and VND 10,000,000 depending on your experience. 13th month salary will be paid.

1. Very good English skills
2. Good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel). Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
3. Ability to learn new technologies, familiarity with cloud/SaaS technology

9. Experience with social media management, digital marketing, etc. is a plus (but not required)
10. Bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not required.

12. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, however will consider candidates with no degree but at least two years of experience.
13. No experience required if you have a degree.
