JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain applications for Android TV/Set-Top Box (STB) platforms,
- Write high-quality source code to create fully functional software applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance for smooth playback and responsiveness on STB devices.
- Test and debug applications across different STB platforms and versions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to STB applications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience in Computer Science from a reputable engineering college.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development on Android system.
- Strong technical background in Java, Kotlin, Android SDK.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on STB applications.
- Familiarity with Android TV/STB hardware and software components.
- Experienced in developing on the Android TV platform.
- Understanding of user interface (UI) design principles for TV.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure code quality and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues.
- Adaptability: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- English: Reading & writing.
