Mô tả công việc
• Application development of Riston® dry film photoresist in PCB and FPC industry.
• Engage with key accounts and value chain stakeholders to identify product value proposition and technology trend.
• Feedback field issues and process conditions to R&D to accelerate new method development for rapid formulation iteration.
• Lead real-time technical discussion and provide technical service with customers for optimizing product performance and instant troubleshooting.
• Prepare field technical reports and conduct laboratory work for customer requests if needed.
• Provide training to sales representative if needed.
Yêu cầu
• BS or MS degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Material Science
• Experience in PCB and FPC industry and/or lithographic process is a plus
• Ability to tackle customer's critical issues
• Strong hands-on based aptitude is required
• Ability to work independently and work with multi-functional teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good project management skill
• Fluent in English
• Be able to travel within Asia
