Mô tả công việc
• Training & Technology Transfer: Directly provide theoretical and practical training on the use and operation of diagnostic systems (Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Coagulation, Immunology, etc.) to doctors and technicians at customer laboratories.
• Professional Support & Result Interpretation: Support customers in reading, analyzing, and interpreting test results. Provide in-depth consultation and collaborate with the laboratory to handle cases with abnormal results or deviations due to machine principles or reagents.
• Installation & Quality Assessment: Coordinate with Technical Service Engineers to set up parameters and reference ranges; perform Verification/Validation, Internal Quality Control (IQC), and External Quality Assessment (EQA) procedures when installing new systems.
• Clinical Troubleshooting: Receive and directly resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding the quality of chemicals, reagents, and test results during usage.
• Document Update & Development: Translate and update Instructions for Use (IFU) and clinical documents from manufacturers. Support organizing scientific workshops or thematic reports to introduce new solutions/tests.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 2 - 3 years of practical working experience in Hospital/Clinic laboratories, or in an equivalent Application Specialist position within the IVD industry.
• Expertise: Solid knowledge of pathology and profound practical experience in interpreting results from various systems: Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Coagulation, Immunology, etc.
• Foreign Language: Good proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing). Ability to fluently comprehend specialized documents and communicate confidently to participate in advanced training courses directly from manufacturer experts overseas.
• Soft Skills:
o Pedagogical skills, presentation, and clear information delivery.
o Flexible analytical and clinical troubleshooting skills.
o Customer-oriented mindset, professional demeanor, and ability to work under high pressure.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business as required.
