Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an AR Accountant (Manufacturing, 500USD, ID21554)
​​​​​​​Prepare and issue customer invoices, VAT invoices, debit/credit notes, and other billing documents accurately and on time.
Record customer invoices, payments, and cash receipts in the ERP system while maintaining accurate AR records.
Monitor outstanding balances, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Perform month-end AR closing, bank reconciliation, and prepare AR reports and reconciliation schedules.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and maintain documentation for tax and audit purposes.
Support internal/external audits, tax inspections, and other accounting duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirement
Male/Female. Under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in accounting.
Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable (AR) accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Vietnamese tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good written English skills with basic verbal communication ability.
