The AR/AP Accountant is responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment execution, compliance with tax regulations, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, primarily with intercompany counterparts. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations (WHT, CIT, VAT) and additional knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS is a plus.
• Understand banking procedures.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in English (B2 equivalent).
• Accounts payable and receivable management.
• Tax compliance and reporting.
• Intercompany transaction handling.
• Banking coordination and communication.
• Problem-solving and process improvement.
