Architect (Senior Architect- Project Leader & Junior Architect)

* We are currently seeking qualified candidates for both the Senior Architect (Project Leader/Team Leader) and Junior Architect; located in Ho Chi Minh City
1. Position: SENIOR ARCHITECT- Project Leader/Team Leader
Role Description
The Senior Architect will work under the direction of the Chief Architects. You will play a role as a Project Leader/Team Leader in leading and running assigned projects from concept to completion, managing entire project design teams.
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
 Lead/coordinate with members in the project team to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects
 Lead a Project Team and overall management of the team (as a Project Leader-Team Leader)
+ Manage and run/operate of the assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and completion.
+ Manage the project schedule and control the design process, provide professional feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of design; propose solutions to arising issues; bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
+ Manage personnel requirements, supervise the project team members to follow the design schedule and provide good design quality as required
+ Nurture and train Junior Architects 8 Architects to do their best work and grow in their career.
 Review project documents/drawings for quality assurance;
 Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.
 Liaise and deal with the owners/clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project objectives.
 Attend internal meetings and client presentations/meetings
2. Position: JUNIOR ARCHITECT (with good 3D modelling and rendering skills)
Role Description
The Junior Architect: will work under the direction of Architects/Senior Architects (Project leaders)
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
 Perform duties assigned by superiors
 Execute/deploy architectural drawings and design documents as required by superiors
 Create perspectives/3D visualization and rendering for projects
 Update-modify drawings and models as needed and requested by superiors.
