Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop design concepts for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
• Produce architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, MEP, and sustainability systems.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to design discussions and revisions.
• Prepare documentation for planning approvals, building permits, and construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability guidelines.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 4-5 years of professional experience, preferably with high-rise or mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent design, visualization, and graphic communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
• Experience with parametric design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Grasshopper).
• Familiarity with local planning regulations and urban design principles.
• Basic English proficiency.
