Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation using Revit software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Create and manage complex 3D models for various project types, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project-specific specifications.
Review and coordinate consultant drawings to avoid clashes and discrepancies.
Optimize and maintain Revit templates, libraries, and workflows for efficient project delivery.
Assist in resolving technical issues during design and construction phases.
Participate in project coordination meetings and provide design insights when necessary.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, with a strong focus on Revit.
Proficiency in English is required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
