Mô tả công việc
1. Retail Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Analysis
•Support the Business Development Manager in tracking all relevant retail KPIs.
•Manage the store performance to achieve target of sales and all KPIs related to sales.
•Follow up closely on the stores' commercial achievement and prepare analysis based on data and trends to propose the formulation of relevant action plans.
2. Retail Support
•Coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly retail meetings with store managers and relevant department heads; Prepare presentation deck and materials as required.
•Calculate the monthly sales commission for the retail team members according to the achievement of sales against the set targets.
•Coordinate and support in any in-store events and animations to drive sales.
•Work closely with key stakeholders (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Communications, Client Development, IT, HR, Finance) to provide necessary inputs from stores' perspective to achieve set goals.
•Support E-commerce for handling in-store products picking for online order.
3. Store Operations
•Maintain relevant retail store standard operating guidelines (SOPs).
•Monitoring and controlling daily operations of stores in the region: doing visit stores, do detail-random check, monitor store-checklist, direct coaching at floor, listening and review inputs from team. Obstacle: ad-hock situation (fraud internal-external, mall issue).
•Ensure adherence and consistency across all stores in terms of operational standards and internal control compliance.
•Training, manage, and regularly evaluate staff performance.
•Serve as the main point of contact with mall landlords, vendors, and external parties.
•To keep abreast with local retail guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance & implementation at all the stores.
•Responsible for managing and monitoring store operation's equipment and tools, take initiative in coordinate with Admin department on the purchase of store's equipment, tools, and stationery.
4. Other tasks assigned by Company.

Yêu cầu
1. At least 03 years of experience in retail system management and operation; Priority has experience in the fashion.
2. Management and planning skills with great leadership.
3. An understanding of the value of brands and the ability to communicate brand values.
4. Experience in managing training, mentoring and supervising new team members.
