*Key Activities:
Sales Tasks:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume end customers to accomplish volume, margin growth and long-term Company's objectives
- Research and ensure full insights of end customer's needs, demands and long-term vision for green environment.
- Suggest solutions that answer customers' needs, demands and long-term vision and execute it.
- Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner via direct sales or sales via distribution partners and/or PSD.
- Serve as contact point for end customers and internal teams
- Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
- Enlarge basket of end customers year on year for direct sales or for distributors, PSD, counted by incremental volume , GMVC, diversified products portfolio and service and numbers of new customers
- Launch Company's new products and services
- Propose the sales strategies and business plans of each segment market for short (1 year) and long term (5 years) in cooperation with Technical team, Marketing team and Customer Service.
- Develop new industrial distributors with sales teams of distributors to optimize AO distributor networks.
- Develop and execute the strategies to ensure competitive advantage for TEMV in RTM, distribution network, products, services in respect of Sell-out Culture and Value over Volume.
- Provide monthly Sales Forecast following Company's Procedure on time and in good quality to ensure quality of stock supply to distributors and/or end customers.
- Ensure all required reports are done in most accuracy and on time.
HSE Tasks for Manager:
- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.

What is the required qualification level for the position? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial or equivalent. Background in Mechanical Engineer will be considered.
