MT Sales Operations
- Manage end-to-end sales operations for Hyper & Super accounts in Southern Vietnam.
- Coordinate sales plans, promotions, listings, pricing and customer-related operational activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer programs and commercial agreements.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements to improve execution efficiency.
Sales Performance & Data Management
- Monitor sales performance by customer/SKU/channel, including sell-in, sell-out and key commercial KPIs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and provide actionable insights to MT Sales/KAM.
- Monitor promotion performance, stock availability, OOS and other operational issues affecting sales performance.
Customer & Promotion Operations
- Coordinate promotion setup and execution with KAM,
Trade Marketing and customers.
- Follow up listing, promotion mechanics, pricing, POSM and related operational requirements.
- Ensure customer activities are implemented accurately and on time.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with KAM, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and resolve operational issues related to orders, stock, promotions, pricing and customer requirements.
- Act as the key operational contact to ensure alignment between internal teams and MT customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales Operations / Commercial Operations, preferably within FMCG.
- Strong hands-on experience with major Hypermarket & Supermarket systems is mandatory.
- Good understanding of MT operations, promotion mechanics, listing, pricing, sales performance and customer processes.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required. Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, commercially minded and able to handle a high-volume operational environment.
