• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with Distributors, ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth. Oversee Distributor operations including warehouse & inventory management, capital investment, logistics, sales force effectiveness, and customer service levels.
• Lead the execution of Field Sales Plans for assigned Distributors, ensuring timely implementation, close follow up, and continuous updates to drive sales results.
• Support the development and execution of Field Sales and Category Channel Plans, translating national strategies into impactful in market actions.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (
Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations) and external partners (Customers, third party service providers) to ensure seamless execution of agreed customer, channel, and shopper initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with Nestlé Management Leadership Principles (NMLP), Trade Spend (TS), Nestlé and local Trade Policies, Trade Terms, IC3, Safety requirements, and local regulations.
• Drive Distributor performance against key KPIs, including NPS (Net Proceeds of Sales), Organic Growth (OG), TP, Active Outlets, Sell in (primary sales), and Sell out (secondary sales).
• Develop and coach Distributor sales teams, building strong execution capability, performance discipline, and a winning sales culture in the field.
• At least a College degree (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
• 3-5 years of solid sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
• Good understanding of end to end sales functions, including Field Sales, Trade Marketing, and Customer/Channel management.
• Hands on experience in Distributor management is required.
• Strong execution mindset, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
