Reporting to Senior Country
Sales Manager, you are expected to:
1. Possesses strong sales skill set and business acumen.
2. Be actively involved in the pre-sales role to qualify, manage and close sales.
3. To achieve sales goals & objectives in assigned territory.
4. Possesses high level of product and market knowledge and able to advise customers on
procedures, applications and techniques.
5. Establish rapport with customers.
6. Experience in managing distributor.
7. Manage difficult selling situations, complex product systems or large accounts with limited
supervision.
8. Provide prompt response to customer's requirements on training, new products, enquiry's and
services.
9. Ensure internal alignment with customer expectations and manage for success.
10. Has detailed knowledge of competitive situation and market trends.
11. Good time management.
1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
2. At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience with successful track records in sales & marketing of similar products.
3. Experience in SMT process is essential.
4. Strong written/oral communication skill in English, interpersonal and presentation skills.
5. Independent, mature and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and able to work with a team.
6. Possess good analytical, problem solving and customer relationship management skills.
7. Possess a driving license with own vehicle.
8. Travel about 30% throughout Asia, USA for sales meeting, training and alignment.
